Richard H. Milgrub, Esquire
Richard H. Milgrub, Esquire, has been an attorney in Clearfield County since 1974. Attorney Milgrub is a 1967 graduate of Lewistown High School and a 1971 graduate of Penn State University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history. Attorney Milgrub attended Villanova Law School and graduated from there in 1974.
Attorney Milgrub is actively involved in his community, and is or has been on the boards of WPSX/WPSU Public Broadcasting, and Pennsylvania Centre Stage, The Clearfield Hospital Board of Directors, Clearfield Area Studio Theater and the March of Dimes.
